Re-Band Method

This class is exclusive to M.O. Dance and Fitness studio and it’s our most popular fitness class. The Re-Band method classes offer various workouts curated to focus on toning, strength, balance and stability for a full-body workout, using resistance bands and gravity in a unique and effective way.

Pilates Sculpt

This is a full body low impact sculpt class focusing on toning, strengthening and lengthening the entire body using your own body weight, bands and DB. All movements include breath work to activate deeper muscle groups. All levels welcome.

Dance Cardio

Join this high-energy dance fitness class inspired by Katrina's dance team background. This class combines dance choreography + body sculpting moves for non-stop action to keep your heart pumping and muscles shaking. Sharp arms, big movements and fun mini combos will have you wanting to take the floor. All fun, no stress!**(Bodyweight + Optional Light DBs) 

Stretch and Flexibility

Enhance your range of motion and improve your overall flexibility by participating in a class focused on stretching exercises. Stretching not only helps to prevent injuries, but it also increases blood flow to your muscles, allowing for better performance in physical activities. This class will not only help you become more limber, but it will also contribute to your overall well-being by reducing muscle tension and promoting relaxation.
